House & Garden Aqua Flakes A/B Base Nutrient

House & Garden Aqua Flakes is the complete base nutrient formulated specifically for recirculating systems. Aqua Flakes A 0.3-0-0.3 & Aqua Flakes B 0.1-0.3-0.6 are ideal for expanded clay, mineral wool, deep water culture (DWC), aeroponics, and other forms of recirculating hydroponic cultivation. The H&G formulation and blending methodology allows for a perfect ratio of combined nutrients to optimize medical-grade cultivation in aerated systems. The result for you? Longer lasting pH stability, consistent nutrient uptake, faster plant growth, and balanced, plant-specific EC levels.

Application

0.5 – 4ml per litre.

Fill your recirculating hydroponic system reservoir with water and add equal amounts of House & Garden Aqua Flakes Part A and House & Garden Aqua Flakes Part B to the tank to achieve the required strength and mix well. We recommend using a syringe or beaker for accurate measurement of this product and a CF/EC/PPM meter such as the Bluelab Truncheon to check the TDS (nutrient strength). Adjust as necessary. Next, add any additives and boosters you wish to use and again mix well. Adjust the pH of the solution to the required level using pH up or down as necessary. We recommend the use of a pH meter such as the Horticare pH meter to help accurately set the pH to the required level. As with all nutrients, additives and pH adjustment products, avoid contact with skin and eyes and wear suitable protective clothing. Store at a temperature between 7C and 30C.
